Booster 161


2001 Ford

This appartus is our primary truck for grass, brush and woods fires. It's manuverablility allows for use in rough terrain. Equipment includes 200' Red Line, Wildland rakes, shovels, and brooms, water can, foam, indian packs, traffic cones, backboard, axes, polansky tool, various adapters and fittings, and 2 SCBA complete with facepieces and Accountability tags. This apparatus is currently housed at Station 162 and is in service.

 
 
Command 161


2000 Ford Crown Victoria

Command 161 is used for a variety of taks. Primarily for Chief Staff use during daily activities, it can howeverr be used for emergency reponse to incidents. The capacity of this vehicle allows easy use for long-distance mutual aid as in the instance for the Tri-County Fires.

 
 
Engine 161


2000 Pierce with Freightliner Body

Engine 161 is 1st pull for Structure Fires. This pumper has a 1250 GPM pump with 750 gallon capacity. Cross-lays, LDH supply line, Deck gun, roof , attic, and extension ladders, pike poles, axes, SCBA x4, RIT Pack, ventilation saw, K-12, and various other forcible entry tools. Engine 161 is currently in service and housed at Station 161.

 
 
Rescue 161


2004 Ford

Rescue 161 was purchased for the sole purpose of providing a more efficent response to MVCs. R-161 is equipped with Spreaders, Cutters, and Extension Rams for extricating Pt's entrapped inside or by vehicles. R-161 is currently in service and housed at Station 161.

 
 
Tanker 161


1997 International

Tanker 161 has 3000 gallon capacity with 1250 gpm pump, complete with 2 cross-layed attack lines. 2 SCBAs, pike poles, drop-tank, extinguishers and axes. T161 is currently in service and is housed at Station 161.
